However Taurus took the time to educate me from day one on the process and worked patiently with me to design exactly what I wanted within my budget. I’ve been shopping here for years, all online purchases as I live out of state; and Emily and Michelle have been fantastic to work with. Buying high end pieces online without seeing in person, they made such a seamless process. Michelle worked with me on 3 items I bought within a matter of weeks and provided me photos, updates, and a custom chain listing that I was looking for. She’s been nothing short of remarkable to work with and I will always continue to be a customer because if the service online is this great, I can only imagine it carries over in-store. Every pendant I’ve purchased has been nothing short of remarkable and absolute quality work by the jewelers and employees!

As a new customer, about 3 weeks ago, I ordered a 5 month old previously owned Rolex Yacht Master from Icebox. When Icebox received the watch, in their expert opinion the watch was not in "perfect" condition. Icebox immediately contacted me, explained that they had rejected the watch, informed me that they had ordered me a brand new 2023 Rolex Yacht Master, and that they were going to absorb the approximate $1800 in additional costs for the upgraded brand new Rolex. Despite my offers to pay/reimburse Icebox the additional costs they incurred, they insisted that Icebox would cover would those additional costs and that they were just "happy to gain a new customer". What an unbelievable company and certainly a rarity in this day and time. The entire experience was perfect. My contact Leah was simply the best! The packaging, delivery, instructions, and follow up also was just amazing.

Ordered online with delivery to Canada from their Black Friday sale. Shipping was very fast and the item was packaged with incredible care— it really reflects the beauty of the item inside. I put on my pendant straight away; it’s exquisitely beautiful and I’m very glad to have bought it. If I am ever in Atlanta I will stop by in person! Would recommend.

Great customer service. High quality solid 14k gold either VS Lab Diamons. Package came really nicely rapped up. The complementary pouch that came with it is nice also. It’s made of micro fiber and the color is such a beautiful sky blueish color that inspires peace and calmness when you look at it and feel it. My package came in a box inside of a box inside of a pan inside of a bag inside of a pouch. In other words very protected. My package from other places are never wrapped that good. Most times they just fall out the first packaging due to bad wrapping. It’s really nice to see people take that extra step. It really is luxury jewelry they are selling. It’s not normal jewelry and it’s not a normal experience. The way they advertise their jewelry is a honest approximation of how big it is. Honestly I’m addicted and I want to order more. My piece isn’t that big from ice box but it’s had gotten noticed 20x more then even my biggest piece and a lot of that is because of that natural VS diamonds. I’ve been buying jewelry for a while now & I have been collecting watches gold and silver and I have never seen a place so professional at every aspect. To go above and beyond so their brand is without reproach. When you see Icebox it makes you think of LV or something and it’s not because of the celebrity but they are really high quality. I will rate my experience 93/100.
